Christmas Cookie Pie




I spun up an absolutely delicious pie made of cookie dough, chocolate chips, Christmas colored M&M’s, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and decorated with colorful Christmas sprinkles. So how can you go wrong? Seriously? It’s basically like a thick and tasty cookie cake.

Celebrate christmas with this delicious and gorgeous Christmas Cookie Pie! 

Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Mini Christmas M&Ms Baking Bits, divided
  • 6 Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/8 cup Christmas confetti sprinkles

Perfect Lemon Bars

I just made these. They came out perfect. I baked them on parchment paper and they are easy to take out. turned out so delicious! everyone loved them. Love lemons in baking, gives it a freshness that is hard to achieve in baking otherwise. everyone loved them. Smooth, tangy lemon filling baked on a shortbread crust and dusted with powdered sugar. Kit Kat Cookies

My husband LOVES kit kat bars. We even made them homemade for him as a Christmas present. These would be perfect for him!! The beauty of this cookie recipe is that you can add whatever you want to it. Candy, different flavors of chocolate chips, toffee, whatever you want. For this batch I added chopped Kit Kat bars and white chocolate chips. I like the balance between the white chocolate and the Kit Kats. If I’d added milk or semi-sweet chocolate, I think the Kit Kat would have gotten lost. You can add your favorites! My favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe is now filled with chopped Kit Kat candy bars and white chocolate. Kit Kat Cookies are my new favorite!
