Hot Cocoa Cheesecake Dip






It was so easy to make and my fiancé and I absolutely loved this. The perfect dip for your cookies! It's filled with tiny marshmallows and hot cocoa flavor. It has the perfect mousse texture too!

This recipe only uses 4 ingredients! That’s including the tiny marshmallows. It’s one of the quickest recipes to make and will definitely be a hit. My son asked if he could have a cookie and of course I gave him one. THEN asked for the “cookie dip.” This is when I knew that this dip was the bee’s knees. The world’s pickiest child requested it. That’s a sure sign that this recipe needs to be shared for all to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 4 (.73 oz) envelopes hot cocoa mix without marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 oz. cool whip, thawed
  • 2 -3 T. vanilla mallow bits

I just made these. They came out perfect. I baked them on parchment paper and they are easy to take out. turned out so delicious! everyone loved them. Kit Kat Cookies

My husband LOVES kit kat bars. We even made them homemade for him as a Christmas present. These would be perfect for him!! The beauty of this cookie recipe is that you can add whatever you want to it. Candy, different flavors of chocolate chips, toffee, whatever you want. For this batch I added chopped Kit Kat bars and white chocolate chips. I like the balance between the white chocolate and the Kit Kats. If I’d added milk or semi-sweet chocolate, I think the Kit Kat would have gotten lost. You can add your favorites!
