Banana Pudding




A quick and easy banana pudding recipe - enjoy!

Banana Pudding

Yield: 1 - 9x13 inch dish

Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers

Directions:
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
  2. Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with vanilla wafers. Arrange sliced bananas evenly over wafers. Spread with pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

  It is very chocolaty. Too Much Chocolate Cake Yield: 12 cup Bundt cake Ingredients: 1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food cake mix 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix 1 cup sour cream 1 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, mix together the cake and pudding mixes, sour cream, oil, beaten eggs and water. Stir in the chocolate chips and pour batter into a well greased 12 cup bundt pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until top is springy to the touch and a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool cake thoroughly in pan at least an hour and a half before inverting onto a plate If desired, dust the cake with powdered sugar.

A great way to use leftover chicken. Even kids love these! Chicken Enchiladas Yield: 6 servings Ingredients: 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast meat 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 6 (12 inch) flour tortillas 1/4 cup milk Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking dish. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the green onion until tender (about 3 to 4 minutes). Add the garlic powder, then stir in the green chiles, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix well. Reserve 3/4 of this sauce and set aside.
